Costa Maresme
The Maresme coast is one of the most sought-after areas because of its spectacular climate, high standard of living and multiple activities throughout the year. A perfect place to disconnect, as well as to live and work near a big city.
The whole area is washed by the Mediterranean Sea and has 50 km of long, wide, clean and very beautiful beaches. It has a rich and varied gastronomy that can be tasted in its many good restaurants, or in its gastronomic markets.

The Costa Garraf is a region on the Catalonian coast to the south from Barcelona with a mountain range stretching all along it. A big natural park of Garraf is located here.
Thanks to new convenient junctions, now it is possible to get to Barcelona in 20-25 minutes. It is one of those rare places where proximity to such a big city as Barcelona organically blends with all the advantages of country life.
Pine trees, great ecology and wide sand beaches make this coast ideal for living. The natural park protects the area from excessive building.

Thanks to the flat coast, the sea is very shallow and the water in this natural pool warms up really quickly. The beaches are equipped with playgrounds as well as bike and roller skating lanes.

Sant Cugat
Sant Cugat is a beautiful village located 12 km from Barcelona. It is well-connected to Barcelona through the motorway, Vallvidrera Tunnels and highways. Sant Cugat has the benefits of living outside the city, enjoying an excellent green space composed of large parks and gardens. Collserola natural park and the famous Can Montmany are both nearby, fantastic for walking.
