Les Corts

The area Les Corts is a 15 minute metro ride from the city centre is well serviced by metro stops and the Estació Sants station with direct trains to the Airport, and other popular destinations such as towns on the coast.

Les Corts is an important financial business district in Barcelona and therefore has many good hotels and restaurants. Also, on Diagonal, there is a large shopping complex called L’Illa. In L’Illa there are several good restaurants, a huge supermarket, a small exhibition centre and lots of clothes shops.

In Les Corts there are bars, clubs and lovely tapas places. The beautiful Plaça España is a 15 minute walk away from the Les Corts area. Also of interest is the Barcelona Football club’s grounds Camp Nou. It is a must-see for any football enthusiast.
