Poble Sec

Poble Sec is an area spreading out from the middle of Paral.lel street. The area is safe and primarily residential, but there is much entertainment to be had as well. This district is located in a walking distance from the city centre and the famous Rambla de Barcelona, Plaça Espanya, El Pueblo Español and the Mare Magnum Shopping Centre.

Poble Sec is one of the most booming neighbourhoods in Barcelona and is an ideal place to live thanks to all the services it offers, such as entertainment and culture venues, theatres, schools, supermarkets, shops or the bars and restaurants of the city.

Everyday services include supermarkets, pharmacies, exclusive stores and medical centres, among others.

Although it is a highly sought-after and growing neighbourhood in Barcelona, it still maintains its original charm with alleys, traditional bars and old squares.

It is also perfectly connected to the rest of Barcelona by public transport, such as bus or metro. It is very close to Montjuïc and Mercat Sant Antoni which is a large local food market.
