Villa Olimpica

Olympic port is one of the most attractive parts of the district. It boasts popular restaurants, bars and clubs, as well as hundreds of yachts. Here you can find one of Barcelona’s symbols – 2 towers (office building Torre Mapfre and luxury hotel Hotel Arts Barcelona).

On the beautiful promenade you can go on walks, and also ride a bike, on the long cycling path. The area has two beaches, Icària and Bogatell, both of which are increasingly popular and house quite a few beach side bars and restaurants. The beaches are well equipped with toilets, showers, first aid, and changing rooms for people with a disability. These beaches are quite popular for windsurfers, and there is a sailing school.

The city center is in a walking distance (20 minutes), and it also can be reached by metro (10 minutes). It is an area equipped with all the services and activities that give vitality to an authentic and versatile neighbourhood. It is very well connected in terms of public transport, bicing and immediate access to the Ronda Litoral. Here you can find La Vila shopping centre and the Nova Icaria gym.

The real estate here is of very good quality and is usually not higher than 5 floors. The apartments are bright and have a great layout offering spacious bedrooms. The district is quiet, green and beautiful.
